By downloading or using Inkleaf, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Inkleaf for lawful personal purposes, subject to these terms. Apple's standard end-user license agreement applies to the iPhone app, and the Google Play terms apply to the Android app, in addition to these terms.
Inkleaf shows the EPUB files you choose. You are responsible for the files you add and for having the right to read them. Inkleaf does not provide books, does not check who owns them and does not remove copy protection. Your files stay on your phone; Inkleaf does not upload or share them.
Do not try to break, reverse engineer or misuse the app. Inkleaf's name, icon and design belong to its publisher.
Inkleaf is free and contains no in-app purchases or ads.
Inkleaf is provided "as is". We do our best, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that it will open or display every EPUB file correctly.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of a stored copy or a reading place.
Your books and reading places live only on your phone, so keep your original files. We cannot recover data lost to a deleted app, a wiped phone or a factory reset.
We may update the app or these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Inkleaf after a change means you accept the update. The date above changes when we do.
